The best country to retire

05/03/2018 By admin

Paraguay is a new and young country of the South America, that just recently opened its borders to tourists and potential residents, because during the XX century there were several dictatorships.

Today the situation is completely changed and Paraguay’s beauties are waiting to be discovered.

It is true: Paraguay is a landlocked country, has no access to the sea, but it is truly beautiful.

In Paraguay you can find amazing tropical forests or the eleven Natural Parks up and down the country.

The architecture and the culture of Paraguay arise from the of Jesuit Missions of the XVIII century.

Asunción, the capital is full of interesting monuments of the pre-colonial time.

But the most spectacular zone of Paraguay is the eastern one: Areguá, Itaguá y St. Bernardino on the Ypacaraí Lake host tourists, residents and craft lovers.

AREGUÁ, ITAGUÁ AND SAN BERNARDINO

Areguá is a beautiful little town of Paraguay, which is 29 km away from the Capital Asunción.

In its land you can find a hill, very famous and valuable for its octagonal-shaped arenary formations looking like a beehive. You may find these particular formations only in Canada and South America, so they were declared World Heritage.

Areguá is very famous for its beautiful pottery craft and you may find very nice objects of any kind and of any color.

Even Itaguá is a little town and it is 30 km away from Asunción. Itaguá lies in a beautiful zone where interact two different landscapes. The first one is a natural and ecologic landscape, represented by Yparakaí Lake lock and the second one is a social and technical landscape represented by Gran Asunción, that is the metropolitan area of Asunción. So you may visit two different zones in the same town

Itaguá is well known for the production and sale of ñanduti, the typical paraguayan laces with which people make clothes, holy trappings, doilies and many other ornamental objects.

Last but not least, St. Bernardino is the main bathing town of Paraguay and it lies on the Ypacaraí Lake and it is 50 km away from Asunción. St. Bernardino is known as “the summer town”, because it is one of the top town of Paraguay. You may stay on its quiet and beautiful beaches with your friends or your family or visit the Biopark Yrupé, a tourist and ecological centre, near a restful and cool wood.

You may enjoy the precious sight of the lake and you may also take a cruise. You may also go on a canoe o simply go for a bike ride in this magic place.

If you loves extreme adventures you may visit  Aventura Xtrema in St Bernardino, one of the most serious promoters of extreme adventures in Paraguay. With them you may safely practise arborist climbing with ropes or scuba diving and many others adventurous activities.

Have fun in St. Bernardino!

THE ADVANTAGES TO TRANSFER YOUR RESIDENCE IN PARAGUAY

STOP BEING AFRAID OF TAXATION!

If you move to Paraguay and follow all the procedures correctly you don’t have to worry about taxation anymore. You will be legally recognized as a person resident in another country and you will pay your taxes abroad. The Internal Revenue Service will grant you the status of person resident abroad and you will have nothing to fear. Everything’s smooth as silk!

YOU PAY LESS TAXES

Paraguay has a much lower taxation level or even a non existent level if compared to Europe or North America and you can manage your business from Paraguay in peace and quiet.

Paraguay, is great country with low or nil taxation for those who take up  permanent residence.

YOU  HAVE MORE MONEY TO INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS/ACTIVITY

If you move to Paraguay, a country with  low taxation and  low cost of living, you can literally save till a maximum of 60% of resources to reinvest in your business.

Being able to save up 60% of resource is really very much.

You can really boost your activity and take it to the next level, if you haven’t done it yet.

YOU HAVE A LOT MORE TIME

If you cut 60% of taxes, you will have a lot  more time for you and for your business.

This allows you to have more time to spend as you like. Our clients around the word tell us that after having moved to Paraguay and having obtained permanent residency through our legal advisers, their lifestyle changed completely, precisely because now they can afford a more comfortably lifestyle.

YOU CAN ALSO WORK FROM A TROPICAL BEACH ON THE WONDERFUL PARANA RIVER

Honestly, when we stay in the sun we do not like working. We prefer working in a house, but some people like working from a bar in Encarnación or from a bar in the capital Asunción. There is nothing that  can stop you from doing this. Some of our clients working on Forex Trade, manage their activity directly from Paraguay.

It may sound like a joke, but in theory it is possible, (a few people do it).

All you need is an internet connection.

NO MORE SLOW AND ENDLESS  BUREAUCRACY

YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CONSUMER PRICE

If you choose to reside in Paraguay, that is a country with a very cheap cost of living, at least you don’t have to worry about prices. You don’t have to check the consumer good prices anymore as you usually do in Europe or in North America, where there are sky-high prices by now, because there is a so an high taxation that strangles trades and consumers.
