STEP 1: Preparation of legalized documents (birth certificate, criminal record, etc.) by the client.
STEP 2: Preparation of documents by our legal department (apartment rental contract, notarized documents needed, etc.)
STEP 3: First visit to Paraguay. On this visit, clients can request permanent residence and make various immigration-related appointments (criminal records verification, fingerprinting, etc.). This visit requires a stay of approximately 5 working days.
STEP 4: After the client is approved for a second visit to Paraguay, permanent residence is granted. On this second visit the client can apply for a Paraguayan ID card.
STEP 5: Third visit to Paraguay (optional) to receive their ID card.
