In recent years, concern for the natural environment, in other words the protection of our planet, has become a priority all over the world, also thanks to the climate changes that are upsetting many countries.
Worrying about not cutting down trees, using clean energy while avoiding pollutants and many other measures are becoming urgent, if we want to keep the Earth’s natural environment in the best habitable conditions.
Paraguay has also aligned itself with this theme and intends to do everything possible to keep its territory as healthy as possible, avoiding everything that can pollute it and make it less attractive for its inhabitants and for all those who intend to visit it for tourism or reside there permanently .
In this regard, Paraguayan Finance Minister Carlos Fernández Valdovinos met on September 15 with the Ministers of Economy and Finance of the European Union and the Communities of Latin American States.
Valdovinos was interviewed by the newspaper El Mundo regarding the collaboration and integration of different countries on these issues and the fundamental role of Paraguay in generating a surplus of so-called “clean energy”.
The Paraguayan Finance Minister has clearly stated that Paraguay is the only country that generates a surplus of clean energy, while many other states talk about simple “green percentages”.
This means that the energy produced in Paraguay is 100% clean and this is certainly a security for its inhabitants, for its tourists and for all those who choose to reside in Paraguay.
Precisely for this reason, Paraguay is fully committed to strengthening ties with European foreign investors to increase collaboration and a project aimed at safeguarding the environment without ifs and buts.
Also for this reason, Valdovinos recently met the King of Spain Philip VI and with him addressed the issues of environmental protection and the economic challenges facing Spain and Paraguay.
Therefore, a cordial conversation that focused on the environmental, economic and social challenges that the two States will face in the near future.
Eliminating energy waste, concentrating on always producing clean energy, reducing food waste, implementing sustainable mobility plans to eliminate harmful gas emissions, are just some of the rules that should have priority on government agendas so as not to cause greater damage to the our Planet.
Paraguay has already moved in this direction and hopes to find a lot of collaboration with European and South American states to be able to implement all its projects.
Keeping the air pure is one of the first requirements of a country that is attentive to the environment and its inhabitants and should always be a priority today, as well as in the near or distant future.
Breathing clean air means living healthy and being able to appreciate all the beauties that the Paraguayan territory offers to anyone who intends to visit it.
We LIP advisors absolutely agree with this project and we hope that in the future the air of Paraguay can become even healthier than it already is today!
