What makes a company reliable and serious? Its certification. Living In Paraguay is really sure about it. Living In Paraguay is a legal, administrative and financial consultancy company, whose mission is to help families, young couples and pensioners to obtain a permanent residence in Paraguay.
As a matter of fact, there are too many so-called experts on paraguayan immigration practices, who just recently seem to proliferate on the web. More or less real agencies, that behind the anonymity propose you a slashing price and then run away with the money. You should always beware of these agencies, if you do not want fall into the wrong hands, with the risk of losing time and money. One of the best way to do it is to verify their certification.
But not all the certifications are the same. As a matter of fact, we know very well that today you can start any kind of company around the world: in Europe, in America, in Asia. But there is a little European State where everything is very scrupulous, punctual and transparent. We are talking about Estonia, the first digital nation in the world, where all the paperwork can be carry out on internet. What is the advantage of this? There cannot be human errors in the transcription of documents.
TIMING
In order to set up a company in the Republic of Estonia, you have to wait for a month, but not because there are many applications – Estonia is a very little State and it has only 3 million inhabitants – but because you have to be subjected to very strong and scrupulous controls at European level: from the criminal controls to the ones on your person, from company controls to the budgetary ones and so on. The Estonian Policy through Interpol, the international Policy, does a full check on people working in the company and collects information about their background, their qualifications, their work history, making sure that they have no ongoing criminal records and that they have had no previous civil proceedings for debt to companies, third parties or public administrations. And not only in Europe, but at international level.
Therefore, those 30 days are the time needed to get the results of the investigation and to be a fully-fledged safe company.
Policy makes an exhaustive investigation, before giving you the OK – explains the C- Level Executive Manager of Living In Paraguay Vittorio Lorente – They invite you to Estonia or at their Embassies and Consulates to leave your fingerprints. In this way, they can give you the permission to have your tax residence and to set up your own company. Of course there are States where you can set up your own company within 24 hours, but it is worth waiting for a month in Estonia to gain in credibility and seriousness towards the many people who turn to us with confidence.
At the time it was set up, Living In Paraguay followed this process scrupulously and in this way it could obtain the certification of “Trusted e-Residency Company” with the logo on its web site. As a matter of fact, if you open the home page of the site, you can see a blue sticker with three little lions, that are the symbol of the Estonian State. This blue sticker, sent by digital registered mail, certifies that the company is absolutely reliable for Estonian Government. It means that you are recognizable and then fiscally and legally identifiable and that the senior executives have been “scanned” on what they have done until then, legally and criminally.
TRANSPARENCY AND CHECKS
But having a certification in Estonia is only the first step, especially because police checks are repeated every three months from the birth of the company. As a matter of fact, obtaining the sticker does not mean that then you can easily cheat people. It means that you have your public accounting, your publicly declared taxes on internet and if you do not declare them you end up in jail. In Estonia everything is transparent, without disturbing the sleep of tax evaders.
ESTONIA IS PART OF EU
A last thing to highlight is that Estonia is part of EU and OECD and therefore it operates in the world fiscal landscape according to all the rules and regulations, that the accession to EU requires. Estonia complies with EU standars in terms of: money laundering control, monitoring of company operations, monitoring of VAT, that the company pays and charges and monitoring of yearly tax payments.
We are not improvised consultants – concludes Lorente – No one else of our competitors has this certification. Of course, someone might turn his nose up at our prices, but everything is certified, serious and reliable and you pay our price once and we do not ask you for extra money. We ask you only the money you agreed under contract. It is better for you to pay something more but be safe.
