PARAGUAY’S GDP IS CONSTANTLY GROWING

05/06/2018 By admin

Among the different South American countries, Paraguay has always been one of the most enterprising countries and it has always been very friendly to news.

Paraguay has also been eager for an improvement of its economical situation, even thanks to foreign residents, who in the last years increased and are still increasing.

Economic indicators are quite clear: in the last years Paraguay’s GDP grew steadily from 3% to 4% and up to 4,3%.

Moreover, Paraguay’s Central Bank promises the achievement of 4,5%.

Paraguay achieved these results with satisfaction. As a matter of fact, this country improved its infrastructure and Paraguay successfully tried to revitalize the service industry, that is the service sector, especially the touristic sector, that is constantly growing.

As a matter of fact the touristic sector tries to use Paraguay’s great beauties at most and offers tourists and possibly new residents modern and comfortable hotel facilities and para hotel facilities. In this way tourists’ and new residents’ stay will be even more enjoyable.

This was a considerable effort, which was rewarded with the obtained results. These results can surely improve in the future and are due to the more and more foreign citizens (especially from Europe and North America), who in the last years decided to establish in Paraguay to change radically their lives and to build up their new personal and professional future.

AND ITS INTEREST RATES ARE VERY FAVOURABLE

In Paraguay’s financial market we have to mention interest rates, because they are essential if you decide to get a loan from the bank to start or to expand your business.

Paraguay’s banking, financial and cooperative institutions are resolutely and constantly working to ensure their customers the lowest interest rates.

As a matter of fact the economical indicators of March 2018 show that as regards bank sector the interest rates decreased by 1,84%, as regards cooperative sector they decreased by 0,3%, while as regards financial sector interest rates decreased by 0,5%.

If you consider that these data refer only to the first quarter of 2018, you see that there are all requirements for a further decrease in the months of 2018.

One final remark: cooperatives registered a minor decrease of interest rates, if we compare them to the banks and financial companies, but they did not decrease the number of their customers at all.

Their customers actually contacted cooperatives, because they appreciated their simpler approach and their less bureaucracy, if compared to banking and financial institutions.

AND HOW IS ROA?

We have to consider ROA at this point, (ROA means: Return On Asset, that is a survey about the profitability of the invested capital) and we see that it is positive too.

As a matter of fact, the indicator of total profitability related to all Paraguay’s banks, shows us an increase at the end of March, if we compare it with the ROA we saw at the end of March 2017.

In March 2018 ROA was at 36,3% and it registered a growth of 0,5%, if we compared it with the ROA of March 2017.

With regards to a statistic of every banking institution, the Banc of the Nación Argentina registered the highest ROA (421,9%) , while in second place we find Banco Familiar (81,8%).

It goes without saying that the last data are also very important, if you want to realize the amount of the return on capital in Paraguay.

These data go together with the previous ones and show you in practice that Paraguay is a reliable and safe country for investments and returns on capital.

AND WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW IN EUROPE?

Now, let’s cross the Ocean and come back to the Old Continent, precisely in Europe and especially in Italy.

Italy is a country in the heart of Europe and it is a country which is rich in tradition and culture.

Until a few years ago in Italy a decent economic prosperity was ensured, but at present Italy’s situation is not very rosy.

This situation is especially at the expense of old and young people looking for their first job, because they are the weaker groups of the society and they do not have social securities at all.

But even adult people get it just as bad.

Old people’s pensions are reduced to nothing by ever higher taxes, while the labour market is unable to offer young people a job. So young people are unable to build up a decent future for them and for their possible future families.

There is an heavy taxation for adult people too and their payrolls are more and more reduced.

Maybe at this point you really have to think that it is time to cross again the Ocean to build up your own future in a country very friendly to all foreign people: Paraguay.
